Hello one and all, welcome to my W&W guest review of Random Access Memories by robotic funk machines Daft Punk.

 Random Access Memories follows the formula of all the previous Daft Punk releases: it doesn’t sound a bit like its predecessors. If you’re a fan of the pair’s old work, do not dive into RAM expecting their classic pulsating, morphing house of Homework, or the sample heavy bounce of Discovery. There are some elements of the work that find their way onto RAM, but listening to the album with expectations of the classic DP sound will leave one disappointed…
